digitalpublishing: Preview on Device The new folio producer tools for InDesign (v15, released Sept 1st, Win / Mac) allow you to preview your folio on a local device, connected to your computer. This is currently only available for Android. You will be able to preview on the iPad when the new content viewer (Version 2.0) is approved by Apple. This satisfies a long desired demand. Now you can instantly upload your folio to a connected device. You still need an internet connection to generate a folio, though, because during creating an article it get’s uploaded into Adobe’s cloud. This is not a complete new offline workflow. When clicking on “Preview” the folio is generated from your local files. Read here how to set up your Android Device for Preview. Previewing is much faster and easier now. —Johannes
